What is Lending Hearts?

Lending Hearts focuses on pediatric cancer patients and their families, playing a supportive role throughout their journey of surviving treatment and beyond. Programs & services promote wellness, community and emotional support

Where are you located?

Based out of the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA, our monthly family activities take place at different locations around the city, providing a fun and educational experience for the children and families involved. Our UP Street services currently take place within the oncology department at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.

Who are the programs for?

All of our services are for children and young adults in treatment and in remission from cancers and their entire family.  Our goal is to play a supportive role for the entire family affected during this difficult time

Free for entire family!

What is UP Street?

UP Street is a pediatric integrative oncology wellness program by Lending Hearts.  It provides wellness services including aromatherapy, massage, yoga, mindfulness and integrative nutrition to patients supporting mind, body and well-being.  Integrative oncology works along with medical treatment to provide improved quality of life of while undergoing cancer treatment and in recovery
